We get our Fairtrade, Organic Chocolate Chips from Tootsi Impex. They are regular size semisweet baking chips. These chips are not only great in cookies, but are excellent as a stand alone chocolate fix. They have a strong, chocolatey flavour great for recipes calling for semi sweet chips.
